Cancellation Policy
I try to be as flexible as possible but last minute changes/cancellations will impact my planning, efficiency and costs. Therefore I have adopted the following cancellation policy:
1. If you cancel your reservation without a 48 hour notice, (5 day notice for any reservations that include a holiday), a cancellation fee of 30% of the calculated price will apply. (Excludes mileage)
2. Visits cancelled the day of service will be charged in full.
3. If you forget to cancel and I come out, the service will be charged in full.
4. If you have a multi-day sitting schedule and you cancel part of it, the above applies to the cancelled days.
